Trampoline Safety

Bouncing and the lymphatic system

The short answer is no, you do not have to bounce aggressively to help the lymph system. While both, jumping hard and high will help create g-forces and increase muscle contraction, regular bouncing will be very effective. By bouncing at any height, your body will force the necessary muscles to contract to maintain balance and stability. This contracting is what forces the lymph to flow. So even bouncing without your feet leaving the jumping mat, you still power your lymph system by contracting yout muscles to support your body. Thank you for you interest and I hope this helps answer your question.
