As the market for iPhone apps expands, areas of interest are emerging and creating a buzz among social niches. One of these areas is health and fitness. Hundreds of apps have been created to help you get into shape and stay fit. These apps range from syncing with your running shoes and iPod shuffle to tracking caloric intake and providing the necessary fitness to burn those calories. We suggest doing some research before purchasing any of the apps to help you with your exercises program. Before you look for an application, think about what would help you with a fitness program and eating healthy. After creating a list, look through the apps and find one that corresponds to your list. Chances are you will not shift your whole routine based on a single app, so find one that fits into your regime adding that little bit of extra motivation or organization. Here is a helpful website that would be a great starting place. http://www.healthnews.com/fitness-exercise/healthnews-dozen-top-12-healt...

Trampoline safety certifications
Debbie - Hi! I was very intriqued with the vast knowledge you have regarding trampoline safety. I am interested in started to train my divers on trampolines with belts and harnesses and was wondering if you recommend or know of any trampoline certification programs. If not, could you let me know what certifications you currently have that has helped you to become so knowledgeable. I want to make sure that I am qualified prior to starting this endeavour.
Thanks
Trampoline Safety Certifications
Dear Debbie,
I am glad you enjoyed our site and are looking into certification programs to more effectively train your divers. As trampolining is a discipline of gymnastics, the certification in the United States falls under the same purview for certification. I would suggest starting by looking at the USA gymnastic website for coaching certification courses http://www2.usa-gymnastics.org/education/courses_descriptions.html They offer classes from introductory levels through profession coaching levels. If you are looking for solely a trampoline specific class, it may require traveling to Canada. I would suggest checking the coaching certification program for Canadian coaches. http://gymnastics.bc.ca/view_doc_by_id.php?edit=1&inpage=true&id=141&php... This is an informative site and discusses what is required to teach what skills. I hope this is helpful in answering your questions. I wish you the best of luck.
Kind Regards,
Justin
